Whether purchasing millions of dollars of loose sanding grit from overseas markets or shellfish from the brackish waters lining either coast or polyvinyl chloride fencing materials I've illustrated an ability to adapt throughout industries by continual yielding results. Integral to much of that success was integrating a definitive forecast model. These forecast models were built on the following principles: Utilization of cross-functional teams to establish a cohesive supplier base rational, incorporating seasonal regression analysis, KPI metrics and the usage of highly aggressive negotiating power with key suppliers.
Marrying the principals of these methodologies to Direct, Indirect, CapEx, VMI and Consignment spending has lead to over 70 million dollars in savings for businesses over the years.
Spearheaded over 40 transformational projects as a Senior-level Project Manager across several industries over the past 15 years through the cultivation and managing the interdepartmental organization making sure united in driving the successful project goals within time allotted constraints.
The key to success is remaining open to technological advancement / cloud based tools and agile methodology. How you keep stakeholders engaged in the processes is ensuring the latest information is available and easily accessible via a mobile device.
The PM is a proactive linchpin not an administrative support function. The PM ensures the vision of the business strategy is carried out by supporting the alignment of metrics and supplying the means for that achievement are delivered and handled timely via milestone reporting.

One revenue generation strategy I've incorporated in continuous improvement projects is the integration of e-commerce & the ERP system; a function that some businesses often overlook. The fusion of these systems develops structural clarity for better control of your business and creates competitive gains.
Formally, key data information such as: customer info, item numbers, inventory, tracking numbers, shipping details were spread out between these two systems. By employing the integrating of e-commerce & ERP you've now:
1.) Significantly reduced redundancy and time consuming data and potential human error (reducing operating costs).
2.) Once separate tasks of updating product data in Excel and then having to upload to the web store now are amalgamated.
3.) Sales reports now linked in the ERP system bolster accuracy & overall clarity for your financial information with a more comprehensive P/L Statement and Balance Sheet data.
